Sr. Network Planning Manager, Fulfillment Experience (Xico)

We are now looking to hire a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands‑on and customer‑obsessed candidate to support network optimization.

The Sr. Network Planning Manager acts as the lead on driving network performance (quality, speed and cost) through projects and network initiatives, and will form a business partnership with first and middle mile stakeholders and operational Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Teams.

This role will play a key role in developing and deploying network speed initiatives, delivering our vision to improve customer order cut offs and driving great customer experience, as well as in our cost out activities and asset utilization.

A significant proportion of the role will involve identifying and implementing design and process solutions that increase the reliability and consistent delivery of end‑to‑end performance, removing defects from the pipeline and delivering a corresponding improvement. The role will own the approval from senior functional leaders to enable strategies to improve performance and schedule cross‑functional resource allocation efficiently and effectively.

You will work closely with our Fulfilment Centers and Transportation functions and will be a natural self‑starter who is comfortable supporting complex cross‑functional projects and action plans. You will have a true hands‑on approach, the ability to generate solutions, strong process management skills, and be an effective communicator. This position involves regular communication with senior management on network performance, risks and time‑critical mitigation activities. In order to be successful, you need to be comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders as well as driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Make existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation.
• Utilize exceptional problem‑solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences.
• Plan and organize multiple stakeholder engagements with multitasking teams to develop the best solutions for the network.
• Deliver data‑driven analytical outputs that impact the network.
• Configure and plan a network of over 50 ARCs.
• Work with program managers, business leaders and the executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives.

About the Team

Fulfillment Experience (FX) organization is part of Mexico (MX) Supply Chain and performs a centralized function supporting the MX Operations (FC, Cross Border USF, Transportation & AMZL) with data, plans, and required systems setup, taking care of the full flow of a customer order.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent English speaking, writing, and reading.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
• Strong skills in analytical problem solving, project management, process improvement, and communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives with senior leaders.
