Senior LATAM Collections & Cash Flow Specialist

TikTok LATAM is seeking a Senior Collections Specialist to join our Mexico office. You will handle AR activities and drive improvements in debt collection across the LATAM region, supporting Cash Flow health and internal controls.
Responsibilities include prioritizing overdue reduction, negotiating repayment agreements, resolving billing issues, and collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely payments and policy compliance. Fluent English is essential.
