Fulfillment Project Management

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and optimize inventory levels to ensure proper stock positioning.
• Lead weekly reviews to resolve aged inventory and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage E&O (Excess & Obsolete) tracking, driving corrective actions and negotiating resolutions with customers.
• Oversee expedited freight activities resulting from customer volume changes, including customer negotiations.
• Manage the material buy‑back process, maximizing value recovery and ensuring compliance with agreements.
• Collaborate with BPM/OPM teams in China to align processes, enhance operational performance, and support global initiatives.
• Lead special projects focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and customer‑driven improvements.

Required Competencies:

• Strong SCM knowledge (material planning)
• Advanced English
• Completed professional degree
