Finance Coordinator

We are looking for a Finance Coordinator to join our Finance Department at FARMASI located in Mexico City.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance
• Experience in multinational or consumer goods companies
• Advanced English (essential)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Experience with Power BI or other analytical tools is desirable

Functions:

• To coordinate and oversee the organization's financial processes, ensuring strategic information analysis, compliance with corporate policies, and the generation of financial insights that support business decision-making in a regional and global environment
• Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Oversee monthly financial closings and variance analysis
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs
• Prepare executive reports for local and corporate management
• Lead profitability analysis, expense control, and cost optimization
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and SOX controls
• Participate in regional and continuous improvement projects
• Manage and develop the team of financial analysts
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, marketing, and operations departments
