Senior Marketing Specialist

Construct and fine-tune responsive email layouts and landing page designs using Marketo's built-in modular editor Rely on HTML/CSS expertise to fix formatting problems, adjust copy presentation, and confirm consistent display across different email inboxes and screen dimensions Turn Figma design files into exact-match, broadly compatible email assets Create and manage Marketo landing pages, intake forms, and repeatable template components that reduce time spent on future projects Set up and manage automated marketing sequences and audience segments inside Marketo to fuel a variety of campaign objectives Roll out multiple campaign styles, including one-time email sends, multi-stage drip sequences, and promotional messaging for webinars and events Handle campaign elements such as tokens, dynamic content blocks, and overall program organization, adhering to Marketo conventions around naming and file structure Contribute to database maintenance efforts, contact list oversight, and lead scoring and routing coordination together with the operations function Track deliverability performance, visual accuracy, and tracking mechanisms, while analyzing recurring metrics including opens, click-throughs, opt-outs, and bounce rates Conduct comprehensive checks on each email to verify correct display, working links, and properly filled-in personalization fields Develop and manage A/B testing initiatives that assess elements such as subject line wording, sender name variations, layout differences, and timing of sends Build targeted contact lists using Marketo's segmentation features and filtering rules, keeping data compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM while ensuring accuracy Confirm that every asset includes accurate UTM tagging and operational tracking links Partner with teams across marketing, design, content creation, and campaign management to collect project specifications and coordinate approvals and edits Manage the production timeline and scheduling for ongoing email and campaign work in a high-tempo marketing setting Maintain documentation covering build methods, coding conventions, and template resources to support broader team learning and faster output Suggest improvements based on new Marketo functionality and industry best practices to strengthen long-term campaign results At least three years of practical experience building and managing campaigns through Adobe Marketo Engage, with Marketo Certified Professional or Associate status considered a plus, or comparable experience with platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Solid command of HTML/CSS with specific awareness of rendering quirks across different email service providers Demonstrated experience utilizing tools like Litmus or Email on Acid for email testing purposes In-depth familiarity with deliverability best practices, sender reputation management, and compliance frameworks including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL Thorough knowledge of designing and evaluating A/B test structures Skilled at converting fixed design concepts into functioning, brand-aligned email templates Detail-focused mindset backed by consistent quality assurance standards Capacity to balance multiple email production tasks at once while meeting demanding deadlines in a rapid-paced setting Solid English language skills at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above
