Responsibilities
- Support the implementations for the Smartsheet Solutions including sheets, reports, dashboards and automations.
- Provide first level support for existing implementations such as minor updates, troubleshooting and user assistance.
- Collaborate with internal users to gather and document basic business requirements.
- Maintain updated information and process documentation within Smartsheet.
- Perform data validation, task tracking and progress monitoring.
- Work closely with administrative and technical teams to optimize workflows.
- Assist with user training and guidance on Smartsheet best practices.
