Plant Training & Compliance Coordinator

Kellanova is hiring a Training Coordinator at our Pringles plant in Querétaro, Mexico. You will support learning and development, help employees build essential skills, and ensure training programs meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
You will coordinate sessions with plant leaders, trainers and providers, maintain training records, manage the annual training plan, and support onboarding and internal communications to drive employee development and plant performance.
