We are looking for a passionate Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Mexico City supporting SpLATAM. This role focuses on partnering with high‑value SMB agencies in a one‑to‑many structure to drive revenue, agency education and satisfaction. The successful candidate will have exceptional consultative sales, coaching and client‑service skills, thrive in a hyper‑growth environment, and help shape scalable solutions for SMB agencies.
In‑Office Expectation
We are working in the office 4 days a week and will be transitioning to full‑time, 5 days by September of this year.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow agency relationships by seeking partnerships across various agency teams.
- Acquire potential agencies on our platform.
- Serve as an external product expert, educating agencies on TikTok product solutions and best practices to help them achieve greater results through building compelling data‑driven storylines customized to the Agency/Client’s business.
- Provide scaled media strategy and planning support, while monitoring, analyzing campaign performance to make proactive recommendations to improve results.
- Coach and enable agencies to effectively pitch new business.
- Develop long‑term strategic plans and conduct quarterly business reviews to build productive relationships with key Agency stakeholders and their clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Prioritize book of business based on understanding of agency opportunities to reach your goals while ensuring exceptional client service across the book of business.
- Partner with cross‑functional team members to deliver scaled strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the voice‑of‑the‑customer, providing insights/feedback on product, operations and opportunities to build and expand the Agency team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience or agency.
- Agency experience or Agency partnerships experience.
- Experience in the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
- High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to frequent communications with stakeholders based in Spanish‑speaking markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of a self‑serve platform, auction, or programmatic ad products.
- Experience acquiring new clients/agencies.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business with ability to identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities.
- Passionate about TikTok marketing and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
- Ability to influence buy‑in and build relationships with key stakeholders, being a creative, outside‑the‑box thinker and strategist.
- Experience prioritizing and managing projects and tasks within a fast‑paced environment.
- A team player and collaborator with the ability to perform well in a rapidly growing environment.
