Customer Operations Lead — Parts & Service (Bilingual)

Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of technical service representatives
- Establish customer service standards
- Develop a customer contact plan
- Monitor CRM usage and provide training
- Provide fault isolation and resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Experience in customer service or operations
- Ability to handle complex customer issues
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems
- Fluent in Spanish and English
