Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) to support a U.S.-based law firm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a U.S. legal practice, preferably in Personal Injury (PI), and will be responsible for managing client cases, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth progression of cases from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a caseload, ensuring all case files remain accurate and up to date.
Serve as a primary point of contact for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties.
Gather, review, and organize medical records, billing documentation, and other case-related materials.
Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
Schedule appointments and coordinate case-related activities.
Maintain detailed case notes and update information within the case management system.
Assist attorneys with case preparation and administrative support as needed.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, Personal Injury Case Manager, or a similar legal support role.
Previous experience working with a U.S.-based law firm is required.
Experience in Personal Injury (PI) is highly preferred.
