Fiat Chrysler-STELLANTIS México ((Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia, Maserati, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge y RAM, Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel y Vauxhall), Global Company in the automotive sector is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Leapmotor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and preferable MBA master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
• English proficiency
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience including extensive commercial administration experience
• Experience creating strategic relations and negotiating with the Dealer Network
• Leadership and team management experience

Technical Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management
