Position Summary

As a Paid Search Strategist, you will work across all aspects of clients’ paid search media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. You’ll be responsible for implementing strategies that meet and exceed clients’ KPIs and drive their business forward.

Your Day to Day

• Ensure media budgets, optimizations, and performance are executed and aligned with client goals
• Build campaigns, keywords, and ads
• Configure Google Tag Manager to measure conversions across advertising platforms
• Manage regular campaign optimizations to improve performance
• Produce insights, reports and commentary for client discussions
• Ensure agency processes, best practices and tech automation are implemented across client accounts
• Support the team with QA checking to ensure ongoing campaign builds and account changes are correct
• Communicate performance opportunities & issues with the team while recommending solutions
• Perform regular analyses and make data-driven recommendations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience as a Paid Search Specialist
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Proficient in Google Tag Manager including the configuration and troubleshooting of triggers and tags for conversion measurement in Google Ads, Meta and GA4
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to connect reporting metrics to optimization actions
• Able to take direction and work independently, utilizing paid search skills to identify optimization opportunities
• 3-5 years of experience managing paid search accounts and are naturally curious about learning to advance paid media strategies and tactics
• US Visa Nice to have
