We are seeking a Lead   AI Engineer to architect and manage autonomous AI agents that streamline the entire sales lifecycle - from lead qualification to meeting scheduling and customer engagement. You will develop intelligent systems capable of researching prospects, handling inbound communications, enriching CRM data, and supporting Sales teams through AI-powered automation.

Job Description

• Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents to support marketing operations and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop intelligent research agents that identify intent signals, company news, funding events, hiring trends, and other market insights to enrich CRM data.
• Build AI-powered campaign management systems capable of monitoring and optimizing paid media, email, and social campaigns based on real-time performance.
• Develop dynamic lead nurturing workflows using NLP and LLMs to personalize prospect engagement.
• Create human-in-the-loop evaluation frameworks to ensure AI-generated outputs align with brand voice, quality, and security standards.
• Integrate AI agents with marketing platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Google Analytics, and related MarTech tools.
• Design scalable prompt engineering strategies that improve reasoning accuracy and minimize hallucinations.
• Build AI workflows leveraging APIs, JSON data structures, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Continuously evaluate campaign performance and optimize autonomous marketing agents for maximum ROI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities across the customer acquisition funnel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Growth Engineering, Marketing Engineering, Marketing Automation, or related technical roles.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or autonomous agents.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms including Zapier, Make.com, Clay, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM-based applications.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON, and RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing, buyer journeys, demand generation, and attribution models.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM and marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience working within B2B SaaS organizations.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6sense.
• Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.
• Knowledge of modern AI orchestration frameworks and evaluation methodologies.

Advanced English level is required for written and verbal communication.

How much experience must I have?

At least 3 years of professional experience building and deploying AI, ML, or software solutions in production environments.
