Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex marketing initiatives and cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as a strategic partner to marketing leadership, contributing to planning, prioritization, and execution discussions beyond day-to-day project delivery.
• Drive collaboration across marketing, legal, compliance, creative, operations, and external partner teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews, while promoting Agile best practices across teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, escalations, and delivery challenges across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups.
• Develop and improve workflows, delivery processes, governance frameworks, and operational best practices to increase efficiency and value delivery.
• Monitor project progress, team commitments, delivery metrics, and process health, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support change management initiatives by championing new ways of working and helping teams navigate organizational and process changes.
• Coordinate content review and approval processes, including legal, regulatory, compliance, and record-keeping requirements.
• Mentor and support Delivery Leads by sharing best practices, coaching delivery techniques, and contributing to onboarding and training efforts.
• Build strong relationships across teams and influence decision-making without direct authority to drive successful project outcomes.

Must-have Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, Marketing Operations, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
• Strong background managing marketing initiatives, campaign delivery processes, or enterprise-scale business programs.
• Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders, driving alignment, and managing initiatives without direct authority.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile principles and delivery frameworks, with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement practices.
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder communications in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with experience supporting team development and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
• Experience working within regulated environments and managing compliance, approval, and governance processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and execution.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with marketing delivery workflows, content production processes, and campaign execution ecosystems.
• Experience with tools such as Workfront, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
• Exposure to change management methodologies and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading vendor, agency, or external partner relationships.
• Scrum Master, Agile, PMP, or related project management certifications.
• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
