NPI Project Engineer: Product Launch & Cross‑Functional Lead

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Project Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus. The successful candidate will support New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring engineering meets manufacturing and customer requirements, while also driving improvements in cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, directing prototype product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position will enable the individual to influence product specifications and make critical decisions in project execution.
