Sr Accountant
North American Production Sharing, Inc.
We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast‑paced, growing environment. This role is key to building strong financial processes, supporting operations, and helping leadership make smart, data‑driven decisions.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Solid understanding of cost accounting and GAAP/ASPE
- Experience working with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing is a plus
- Knowledge of IMMEX, IATF 16949, or ISO 14001 is a bonus
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally
What You’ll Do
Own the Numbers
- Prepare and review monthly financials and reports
- Manage the close process and keep everything accurate and timely
- Analyze variances and provide clear insights to the team
Drive Cost Visibility
- Maintain and improve cost accounting processes
- Track and explain material, labor, and overhead variances
- Partner with operations to identify cost‑saving opportunities
Build & Improve Processes
- Help design and implement scalable accounting processes
- Support ERP improvements and automation initiatives
- Strengthen internal controls without slowing the business down
Support the Business
- Work closely with the Plant Manager and operations team
- Help build KPIs and performance dashboards
- Provide financial insights that drive smarter decisions
Keep Things Running Smoothly
- Support AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Monitor budgets and track spending vs. plan
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance
Take Ownership
- Manage fixed assets and cash‑related processes
- Support domestic and international payment reporting
- Jump in where needed — we’re a startup, and flexibility matters
