Growth-Driven E-Commerce & Marketplaces Lead

Encabezamos la búsqueda de un E-commerce & Marketplaces Manager para una empresa innovadora que lanza un nuevo concepto.

Buscamos a una persona con experiencia en Amazon, Mercado Libre y otras plataformas de marketplace , capaz de gestionar tanto la relación con proveedores como la experiencia de los usuarios finales.

Esta posición es ideal para alguien con mentalidad emprendedora que quiera participar activamente en el desarrollo y crecimiento de un proyecto digital con alto potencial .

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la operación comercial en Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopify u otras plataformas de e-commerce .
  • Gestionar la estrategia omnicanal de la compañía.
  • Optimizar conversión, posicionamiento y performance digital en los diferentes canales.
  • Supervisar equipos de marketing digital, marketplace, operaciones y logística .
  • Supervisar la cadena de suministro internacional, particularmente desde China .
  • Coordinar importaciones, agentes aduanales y almacenes .
  • Optimizar costos logísticos y tiempos de entrega .
  • Diseñar junto con la Dirección General la estrategia de entrada al mercado de Estados Unidos .
  • Adaptar portafolio de productos y estrategias de pricing según mercado .
  • Gestionar control presupuestal y proyecciones financieras de la unidad de e-commerce .
  • Reportar directamente a la Dirección General .

Perfil buscado

  • Experiencia en gestión de marketplaces como Amazon o Mercado Libre.
  • Experiencia previa en e-commerce, retail digital o ventas online .
  • Capacidad para analizar datos de ventas y optimizar resultados.
  • Perfil práctico, orientado a ejecución y mejora continua.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y coordinación de equipos.
