Automotive Performance Marketing Data Specialist

The Performance Marketing Data Specialist is responsible for analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns by leveraging data from multiple performance channels. This role plays a crucial part in supporting strategic decision-making through deep data analysis, trend identification, and automated reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Core Responsibilities :

1. Campaign Performance Analysi s Monitor and evaluate KPIs across paid channel s (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic). Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates, and LT V. Identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities

2 . Data Collection & Manageme nt Integrate, clean, and manage data from various platforms : Sprinklr, CRM, Google Analytics, ad platfor ms, and internal databases. Ensur e data accuracy, consistency, and integri ty across all reports and dashboards.

3. Reporting & Dashboard Creat ion Build and mainta in automated dashboa rds using tools li ke Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Google She ets. Develop performance scorecards and trend analysis presentations.

4. A/B Testing & Experimenta tion Analyze results from A/B tests, multivariate testing, and controlled experiments .

5. Budget Optimization & Foreca stingWork alongside the Digital Strat egist to support budget allocation and media mix decisions.

• Forecast performance based on historical trends, seasonal behavior, and predictive mode ling.

Qualification ions:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or a relatedield.

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or growth analysis.
• Experience with payed advertising platforms su ch as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikT ok Ads , and web analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Advanced English professional proficiency
• Able to work 100 % on site - Mexico City - Polanco
