Actividades
Gestionar y supervisar el funcionamiento del taller de lentes.
Coordinar y asignar tareas al personal de producción.
Controlar el inventario de materiales y asegurar su correcta utilización.
Mantener los estándares de calidad establecidos por la empresa.
Resolver cualquier incidencia o problema que pueda surgir en el proceso de producción.
Requisitos
Contar con preparatoria terminada y/o preparatoria técnica.
Comprobante de estudios indispensable.
Capacidad para liderar y motivar a un equipo de trabajo.
Orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos y al trabajo bajo presión.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial.
