Responsibilities:
P rocessing of purchase orders to fulfill production planning schedule
Issuance and control of raw material purchase orders.
S AP system maintenance and material reports preparation.
Control of supplier management
Control of supplier development.
Efficient and close communication with production planning and plant management
Follow up and compliance with monthly KPI’s.
Monitor lead times, on-time delivery as well as quality requirements.
PO filing.
Presentation updates for cross-functioning team meetings.
Accounts payable issues/discrepancies review and resolution.
