Global Quality & Complaint Management Lead

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology in Ciudad Juarez seeks a Senior Manager for the Complaint Handling Unit. You will oversee the Failure Analysis Lab and manage complaint investigations, ensuring quality processes and regulatory compliance.
Requirements include a Bachelor's in Business Admin/CS/Engineering, 8–10 years of experience with 2–3 years in Quality, strong communication, and English/Spanish bilingual ability. International exposure is a plus.
