Import/Export Operations Lead — Automation & Compliance

Pens.com, a Cimpress brand, is seeking an Import Export Supervisor in Tijuana to lead daily import/export operations, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong knowledge of Mexican customs (IMMEX, VAT/IEPS, Annex 24/30), SAP or similar ERP, and leadership of a cross-functional team across borders; fluency in English and Spanish is needed.
