In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Responsibilities

• As an Application Developer specializing in Cloud Integration, you will create and maintain Integration applications for Cloud migrations and support. You will utilize your hands-on experience with various cloud integration and containerization tools to design, implement, and troubleshoot Integration solutions in a cloud environment.
• Design and Implement Solutions: Create and maintain Integration applications for Cloud migrations and support, utilizing expertise in cloud-based architectures and various cloud integration and containerization tools.
• Troubleshoot Integration Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues with Integration solutions in a cloud environment, applying knowledge of App Connect Enterprise, API Connect, Datapower, and other relevant tools.
• Support Cloud Migrations: Assist with the migration of applications to cloud environments, ensuring seamless Integration and minimal disruption to services.
• Maintain Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud integration and containerization tools, including APIGEE, Kafka, Aspera, Kong, Snaplogic, webMethods.io, Boomi, and Workato.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Cloud Integration Tools Exposure: Hands-on experience with various cloud integration and containerization tools, including App Connect Enterprise, API Connect, Datapower, APIGEE, Kafka, Aspera, Kong, Snaplogic, webMethods.io, Boomi, and Workato.
• Cloud-Based Architecture Understanding: Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot Integration solutions in a cloud environment.
• Cloud Migration Support Experience: Exposure to supporting cloud migrations, ensuring seamless Integration and minimal disruption to services.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Experience identifying and resolving technical issues with Integration solutions in a cloud environment.
• Containerization Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with containerization tools and their application in cloud integration solutions.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Cloud Integration Toolset Familiarity: Exposure to additional cloud integration tools such as MuleSoft, Talend, or Informatica PowerCenter can be beneficial in this role.
• Advanced Cloud Architecture: Experience working with cloud-based data warehousing solutions and architecting scalable Integration solutions can be advantageous.
