Client Support Executive - Spanish Speaking

We’re a global broker with innovation at our core. Client Support Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Executive to join our team. Translate documentation as needed and liaise with KYC teams to expedite approvals.
Handle client queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Maintain clear communication with Operations, Account Management, and Business Development teams regarding key client updates.
Efficiently manage workflow in the CRM, balancing independent tasks with team objectives.
Adapt communication across multiple platforms with cultural awareness and professionalism.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Experience with CRM systems and client account management is a plus.
