Responsibilities

Work with business leaders to identify problems solvable through AI and machine learning.

Participate in pre‑sales activities to demonstrate capabilities, understand client needs, and propose use cases.

Lead the discovery phase of a project to uncover real needs, specify scope, and propose architecture using domain expertise.

Provide accurate time and resource estimates and define major milestones.

Identify potential risks and challenges, and propose mitigation strategies.

Participate in the selection of the project team.

Communicate and present project progress to clients.

Ensure AI ethics and other SecOps principles are properly implemented on projects.

Contribute to the improvement of Xenon’s assessment and delivery processes.

Contribute to developing Xenon’s domain capabilities, content, and competitiveness.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI, ML, or data science roles.
• Very strong technical skills in relevant technologies and deep understanding of underlying concepts (mathematics, algorithms, models, statistics).
• Proven experience scoping, designing, and architecting complex, large‑scale solutions, estimating milestones, timeframes, and resources accurately.
• Proven experience leading projects and teams to successful outcomes.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence key stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex information into clear messages for clients of varied technical backgrounds.
• Curious, creative, outgoing personality with wide horizons and a commitment to excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

PhD in Artificial Intelligence or related field.

Background in research activities and published papers.

Experience writing domain‑specific content such as whitepapers or blogs.
