Senior Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist

Place purchase orders aligned with procurement and business strategy
Confirm purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring quantities, pricing, and delivery dates align with Watlow objectives
Analyze supplier performance and material supply risks; Lead complex negotiations with strategic suppliers, ensuring visibility into capacity and production planning
Collaborate closely with Planning, Production, Logistics, Trade & Compliance, Warehousing, Quality, and Accounts Payable
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, lead‑time reduction, and supply optimization
Proven and solid experience as a Senior Buyer in industrial or manufacturing environments

• Ability to prioritize, challenge assumptions, and propose data‑driven solutions
• Experience managing international suppliers (90%) and domestic suppliers (10%) — fully bilingual in English is a MUST
• Bachelor's degree in related field
