Investment Banking Analyst (M&A)

As an Investment Banking Analyst in the Investment Banking team, you will support transaction execution and client deliverables across M&A and capital raising. Perform valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and leveraged buyout analysis
Prepare and review transaction analyses, including accretion/dilution and value creation assessments
Manage due diligence workflows, including maintaining data rooms and tracking information requests and responses
Review and analyze company information and diligence materials to support transaction decisionsPrepare pitch materials, descriptive memorandums, management presentations, and board-level presentations
Monitor client, industry, and transaction-related developments and incorporate insights into deliverables
Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality control, and confidentiality across all materials
Bachelor’s degree
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data accurately and efficiently
Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting, with basic understanding of legal and tax considerations related to M&A transactions
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and leveraged buyout analysis
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality control
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain analyses concisely
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly
