As a Sr T A Manager , you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for full-cycle recruitment , strategic hiring initiatives , and process optimization across key business areas. Your success will be driven by your expertise in talent acquisition , your ability to lead and inspire teams , and your strategic mindset when it comes to solving recruiting challenges at scale.
Own recruiting data and analytics for your business groups, using insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Partner with the Head of TA to foster a culture of talent excellence , embedding recruitment as a key pillar of business success.
2+ years of experience leading or managing recruitment teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner strategically with senior leaders.
- Professional fluency in English .
