Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online) Remote | Eastern Time (ET)
Compensation $1,500-$2000 monthly
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with proven experience using QuickBooks Online to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and able to manage bookkeeping responsibilities independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
Generate and maintain financial reports
Track project costs and vendor payments
Ensure timely and accurate data entry across all accounts
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of accuracy and reliability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience in construction or project-based businesses
Familiarity with job costing and project budgeting
Work Arrangement:
Fully remote
Must be available to work during Eastern Time (ET) hours
