Your job is to generate qualified leads by running experiments, producing assets that reach the market, and iterating based on what works. You will write the post, build the landing page, send the email, launch the ad, and publish the content yourself. You will decide how to sequence a campaign, which ICP to test next, and what to change when something isn't working. Today, one strong operator with AI fluency can cover the full stack. Strong performance opens clear growth paths into Marketing Lead or Growth Lead roles as the function matures.
Qualified lead generation. You are measured on the volume and quality of leads entering our pipeline. The goal is to test quickly and learn what works, not to deliver polished campaigns on a quarterly cadence.
You grow Telos's presence in the communities where our ICPs live (LinkedIn, Ruby events, founder networks, industry groups) and turn that presence into conversations.
Content that drives the pipeline. You produce content (social posts, blog posts, one-pagers, email campaigns) designed to generate conversations, not just visibility.
You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, image and video generation tools, research agents, automation platforms) as a core part of how you produce work. You scope and introduce new AI tools as they emerge, evaluate them against our workflows, and adopt the ones that compress cycle time or raise quality. Web Publishing
Deploy and maintain landing pages, service pages, and content pages (Webflow now, Bridgetown/static site generators as we transition)
Content Production
Produce LinkedIn posts, blog posts, email copy, and one-pagers from source material: transcripts, Loom recordings, internal documents, conversation notes
Write in a practitioner voice that resonates with technical leaders without sounding like a marketing department
Content sits in draft for days, not weeks
Execute email campaigns: build lists, format cleanly, QA before send, track performance
LinkedIn ads, landing page tests, webinar promotion, outbound collateral
Visual and Brand Execution
Produce on-brand social graphics, email layouts, and one-pagers using our existing design system and AI-assisted design tools
Catch formatting and brand inconsistencies before they reach the market
Make marketing calls (targeting, sequencing, channel, messaging) and bring them as decisions with rationale, not open questions
Arrive at weekly meetings with published work, experiment results, and proposed next tests
Qualified leads generated per week and month
Experiment velocity: number and quality of tests run
Over time, success looks like a consistent, predictable flow of qualified leads that reduces Telos's dependence on founder-led prospecting.
Strong English and Spanish fluency , written and spoken
- 2–4 years in growth marketing , demand generation, content marketing, or a closely related hands-on role
- Daily, hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image/video generation, research tools, etc.) Demonstrated ability to ship: pages published, campaigns executed, content produced and put in front of an audience.
- Hands-on proficiency with at least one web publishing platform (Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, or similar). Strong writing and editing skills. Visual production competence (Canva, Figma, or similar) for social graphics, email templates, and simple layouts
- You propose what to test next. Experience with email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising and basic paid acquisition
Comfort with basic HTML/CSS: enough to fix a layout or troubleshoot a page without filing a ticket
Experience marketing technical products or services to engineering and product leadership
Experience producing content from technical source material (engineering docs, product specs, recorded demos)
