~ PingPong is headquartered in HangZhou (China) with 32 offices in 13 countries and over 1,000 employees. We are looking for a Partner Account Manager based in Mexico to manage and grow
resolving payment queries, supporting day-to-day operations, and driving commercial growth by
navigate complex partner relationships, and identify commercial opportunities within an existing
Partner Management
Work with partners to create a sales pipeline and accurate forecast
Lead regular business reviews with partners to track performance, surface friction points, and align on growth targets
Educate partners on new product features and support their go-to-market efforts with end clients
5+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or commercial relationship management
- Experience in cross-border payments, fintech, or financial services is mandatory
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Prior experience in payments, fintech industry or financial services is highly preferred
Curious and eager to learn, with a desire to grow into a broader Customer Success role over time.
