The Analyst role is an entry-level role directed at candidates graduating college/university in Spring 2024 or with up to 2 years' relevant experience. As an Analyst at Altman Solon, you will be involved in every aspect of our consulting practice. While an Analyst’s specific role will vary from project to project, responsibilities include:

Developing novel, data-driven methodologies and owning execution of solving complex client problems
Building a variety of rigorous business models, market sizings, and quantitative Excel-based tools to be delivered to (and used by) clients on an on-going basis
Conducting research to understand market demand drivers, competitive landscapes, and technology trends; methods include state-of-the-art survey design & analysis as well as primary interviews with subject matter experts
Assisting with synthesis and presentation of key findings and recommendations to our clients
Developing content-specific knowledge that will continue to expand and evolve through your time at Altman Solon
Supporting on-going internal firm-building initiatives including recruiting, mentoring interns, diversity and inclusion initiatives, community service, and other special projects
