Accounting BPO Operations Manager

Liderar estratégicamente, promoviendo la innovación, el crecimiento sostenible y la alineación con los objetivos organizacionales. Garantizar la implementación de iniciativas que impulsen el desempeño, la cultura organizacional y la excelencia operativa.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar e implementar la visión y estrategia del área, alineada con la planificación estratégica de la empresa
- Gestionar y optimizar procesos para garantizar eficiencia e innovación
- Representar a la empresa en negociaciones estratégicas, eventos e interacciones con stakeholders
- Construir y fortalecer la cultura organizacional, promoviendo el compromiso y el alto desempeño
- Supervisar la gestión financiera del área, garantizando sostenibilidad y rentabilidad
- Liderar equipos multifuncionales y desarrollar talento interno
- Monitorear indicadores de desempeño y tomar decisiones basadas en datos
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones y buenas prácticas de gobierno corporativo.

- Experiencia comprobada en gestión de grandes equipos y operaciones
- Dominio de metodologías ágiles y frameworks de innovación
- Habilidad en análisis de datos e indicadores de desempeño
- Experiencia en gobierno corporativo y compliance
- Fluidez en inglés
- Formación profesional
- Posgrado/MBA
- Experiencia mínima de 5 en posiciones de liderazgo estratégico
- Historial comprobado de resultados destacados en segmento de mercado
