El Gerente de Operaciones tiene como objetivo el planificar, dirigir y optimizar las operaciones del almacén, asegurando el flujo eficiente de materiales nacionales e internacionales, el cumplimiento aduanal y la correcta gestión de inventarios, alineado a objetivos de costo, servicio y calidad.
Perfil
- Ingeniería industrial o Licenciatura en logística, afín.
- Experiencia en el puesto como gerente mínima de 5 a 7 años en almacenes + comercio exterior.
- Experiencia en empresa IMMEX.
- Dominio de documentación aduanera mexicana (pedimentos).
- Manejo de WMS y ERP (SAP, Netsuite o similar).
- Experiencia liderando equipos de +10 personas.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Experiencia con agentes aduanales y operadores logísticos.
- Conocimiento en transporte marítimo, aéreo y terrestre.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel (reportes, KPIs).
- Experiencia en auditorías ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14000, y cumplimiento normativo.
- Capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones operativas.
- Enfoque en reducción de costos logísticos.
- Habilidades de organización en las operaciones de almacén.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Comunicación asertiva.
- Autodirigido.
- Liderazgo.
- Trabajo bajo presión.
- Exactitud de inventario ≥ 98 %.
- OTIF (On Time in Full) ≥ 95 %.
- Rotación de inventarios (optimización continua).
- Reducción de mermas y obsolescencia.
- Lead time de importación/exportación.
- Coste logístico por unidad.
- Nivel de servicio al cliente.
Responsabilidades principales
- Supervisar la recepción, almacenamiento, surtido y despacho de mercancía nacional e internacional.
- Coordinar procesos de importación y exportación con agentes aduanales y forwards.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas aduaneras y documentación (pedimentos, BL, AWB, etc.).
- Administrar inventarios garantizando exactitud, rotación y trazabilidad.
- Diseñar y optimizar el layout y flujo operativo del almacén.
- Gestionar y desarrollar al equipo operativo (supervisores, almacenistas, tráfico).
- Controlar y analizar KPIs logísticos y operativos.
- Coordinar transporte nacional e internacional (multimodal).
- Implementar mejoras continuas (Lean, reducción de mermas y tiempos).
- Gestionar incidencias logísticas: retrasos, inspecciones, retenciones aduanales.
- Elaborar cotizaciones sobre almacenaje.
- Manejo de 8 D´S.
- Elaborar presupuestos.
- Seguimiento a daños de materiales y accidentes.
- Cumplimiento de metas.
