Change Management Specialist

En i-Consulting estamos en busqueda de Change Management Consultant para laborar on site en Monterrey con una empresa global.
Objetivo: Ser responsable de apoyar la adopción de cambios dentro de la organización mediante estrategias de comunicación, colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios y acompañamiento a los diferentes grupos de interés.
Contar con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía, adaptación y resolución de problemas, así como la capacidad para desenvolverse en ambientes de transformación y trabajar con equipos y stakeholders de distintos niveles organizacionales.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia comprobable de al menos 3 años en proyectos de Organizational Change Management, OCM .
- Inglés avanzado, indispensable para mantener conversaciones profesionales y participar en reuniones de trabajo.
- Experiencia participando en iniciativas de transformación organizacional, tecnológica o de procesos.
- Capacidad para apoyar la implementación y adopción de cambios dentro de la organización.
- Capacidad para identificar necesidades, riesgos o posibles resistencias relacionadas con el cambio.
- Experiencia trabajando en entornos corporativos y proyectos con duración definida.
