Organizational Change Management Specialist

Role Overview

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling successful transformation across Clarios by supporting change management, adoption, and workforce readiness initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Customer Experience, this position helps translate strategic initiatives into practical execution by ensuring employees, leaders, and stakeholders are prepared to adopt and sustain new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Change Management & Adoption – Execute OCM strategies across enterprise initiatives and regions; coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption programs; integrate change activities into project plans and align with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communications – Partner with project teams, business leaders, and transformation stakeholders; develop and maintain communication plans, presentations, FAQs, leadership talking points, and other materials; facilitate feedback mechanisms to understand concerns and challenges.
• Training & Workforce Readiness – Design, develop, and deploy training and enablement materials; create job aids, toolkits, learning resources; organize workshops, listening sessions, and engagement activities to support successful adoption.
• Project Coordination & Governance – Maintain OCM deliverables (stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, communication plans, training plans); coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, projects, and regions; manage OCM templates, tools, and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
• Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Track and report adoption, readiness, engagement, and change effectiveness metrics; identify risks, barriers, and opportunities; provide recommendations to improve outcomes and increase stakeholder engagement.
• Culture & Transformation – Ensure change initiatives address people, process, technology, leadership, and cultural considerations; support enterprise Customer Experience and Customer Centricity initiatives; foster a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting change management, transformation initiatives, project coordination, or communications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
• Preferred: Exposure to formal change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks; experience supporting digital, IT, manufacturing, operational, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and workforce enablement strategies.
• Experience working within global, matrixed, or cross‑functional organizations.
• Interest or experience in Customer Experience, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, or Future of Work initiatives.

Work Model & Travel

Location: Monterrey Business Center (MBC), Monterrey, Mexico. Work Model: Hybrid. Travel: Occasional travel may be required based on project needs and stakeholder engagement activities.
