Transaction Review Associate (Santiago)

Estamos buscando un experto en atención al cliente entusiasta para unirse a nuestro equipo dedicado. Dicho experto debe ser cortés, cualificado para trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros miembros del equipo para brindar un servicio excepcional a nuestros clientes respondiendo preguntas, manejando quejas y solucionando problemas con nuestros productos y servicios.
Responsabilidades
- Validar el propósito y la legitimidad de cualquier transacción que parezca inusual o de alto riesgo según la actividad del cliente y del receptor.
- Procesar transacciones que hayan cumplido con las políticas de Ria, las regulaciones estatales y federales.
- Escalar informes generales de tendencias de posibles fraudes al consumidor y actividades sospechosas.
- Evaluación del riesgo al aprobar transacciones con banderas rojas.
- Estar en constante contacto con los clientes, llamadas entrantes y salientes.
Es importante destacar que para esta posición es requisito tener un buen dominio del idioma inglés , ya que tendrás contacto únicamente con clientes nativos.
El horario de trabajo para esta posición consiste en cubrir 10 horas diarias de lunes a domingo y tenemos dos días de descanso, principalmente entre semana.
