Principal Critical Support Engineer & Systemic Fixes Lead

Link-Worldwide in Mexico is seeking a Principal Engineer to act as a senior technical authority within the Critical Support Team. You will lead investigations into complex customer issues and drive sustainable solutions.
This position requires collaboration with Engineering and Product Management to enhance product support and improvements. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in enterprise product support with at least 6 years of experience.
