Jefe de Revenue Growth Management

Somos una empresa líder en la comercialización de café, comprometida con la excelencia y la innovación. Buscamos un Jefe de Revenue Growth Management (RGM) que impulse la rentabilidad y el crecimiento del negocio mediante la arquitectura de precios, promociones y portafolio. Será responsable de desarrollar análisis y modelos que permitan identificar oportunidades de mercado, optimizar márgenes y generar recomendaciones accionables para apoyar la toma de decisiones del equipo Comercial y del Comité de RGM.
Responsabilidades:
- Asegurar la rentabilidad del portafolio mediante la definición y monitoreo de la arquitectura de precios, el control del Price Index y la gestión de pack-prices.
- Liderar el calendario promocional del país: diseño, evaluación pre y post de promociones, cálculo de ROI y recomendaciones de optimización.
- Capturar Share of Market a través de palancas de RGM, identificando whitespaces, oportunidades de cadenas de valor y movimientos competitivos.
- Conducir, junto con el Gerente de RGM & BI, el Comité de RGM con Comercial y preparar el modelado de escenarios para reuniones estratégicas con la Gerencia Comercial / Dirección General.
- Desarrollar y guiar al equipo de Market Intelligence & Growth y Revenue Analytics, asegurando calidad, profundidad y oportunidad de los entregables.
Perfil requerido:
- Ingeniería Industrial, Actuaría, Economía, Finanzas, Administración o Mercadotecnia con fuerte componente cuantitativo.
- Experiencia: 3-5 años de experiencia en Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Category Management, Trade Marketing o Finanzas Comerciales en empresas de consumo masivo (CPG / FMCG), con al menos 1 – 2 años liderando o coordinando equipos pequeños.
- Indispensable experiencia en cálculo de elasticidades, evaluación de promociones, arquitectura pack-price, Price Index, calendario promocional y manejo de fuentes Nielsen / Circana / Kantar. Excel avanzado y Power BI.
- Experiencia previa en categoría café o bebidas; exposición a canales Moderno, Tradicional y Mayoreo; manejo de SQL y herramientas estadísticas (R / Python a nivel introductorio).
- Conocimiento de fuentes de datos del mercado mexicano: Nielsen / Circana / Kantar, Sell-out de cadenas, manejo de Sell-in, Market Share y análisis de cadena de valor.
- Excel avanzado (Power Query, Power Pivot), modelado financiero y analítico, manejo de Power BI a nivel intermedio-avanzado. Deseable SQL básico.
- Capacidad de síntesis y storytelling con datos para audiencias comerciales y directivas. Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
- Habilidades de coaching para desarrollo de analistas a su cargo.
