Resumen del Puesto
El/La HR Manager es responsable de garantizar la correcta implementación de las políticas, procedimientos y estrategias de Recursos Humanos en el mercado mexicano.
Reportando al HR HQ , este rol supervisa las operaciones de RR. HH., relaciones laborales, reclutamiento, desarrollo, formación y cumplimiento normativo, asegurando la alineación con los estándares corporativos y apoyando el crecimiento del negocio en un entorno retail dinámico y de ritmo acelerado.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Relaciones Laborales — Gestión del clima laboral, resolución de conflictos y canales de comunicación.
- Prevención de Riesgos Laborales — Supervisión del cumplimiento de protocolos de seguridad y planes de prevención.
- Gestión de Personal — Administración de contratos, onboarding y documentación de RR. HH.
- Formación y Desarrollo — Liderar programas de formación, planes de desarrollo y evaluaciones de desempeño.
- Reclutamiento y Selección — Definir e implementar políticas, procesos y herramientas de contratación.
