Requisitos:Experiencia: 2 a 3 años de experiencia
Modalidad: Remoto (viviendo en México)
Certificaciones / Educación
- Licenciatura o educación/experiencia equivalente.
- Proficiency en INGLÉS (escrito y hablado).
Requirements / Requisitos
- Experiencia con plataformas e-commerce (Magento, Adobe Commerce o similares).
- Conocimiento de operaciones de ventas, gestión de órdenes y procesos de customer support.
- Proficiency en herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experiencia usando herramientas de project tracking (Jira, MS Project o similares) — deseable.
- Entendimiento de web analytics y performance tracking (tráfico, leads, conversiones).
- Conocimiento de ecosistemas de pago e-commerce — plus.
- Habilidades analíticas, de reporteo y resolución de problemas.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y manejo de stakeholders.
- Capacidad de gestionar múltiples prioridades en entornos fast-paced.
- Licenciatura o educación/experiencia equivalente.
