Sales Director（Agricultural Machinery）

1. Take full charge of agricultural machinery sales across Mexico, formulate annual sales targets, budgets and channel strategies, track monthly performance, and submit regular market & sales reports to headquarters.

2. Develop, screen and cultivate local distributors and large farm clients nationwide; manage pricing system and inventory, conduct regular distributor visits and performance assessment to build a complete national distribution network.

3. Conduct local market research, analyze farming structure, agricultural subsidies, competitors and customer demands; feed back optimization suggestions for localized product adaptation.

4. Recruit, train and manage local Spanish-speaking sales & technical teams, set KPI and incentive plans to improve overall team sales capacity.

5. Lead business negotiation, quotation and contract signing for key dealers and big farms; control credit risks and accounts receivable, coordinate logistics and customs clearance to guarantee delivery and payment collection.

6. Organize agricultural fairs, field machine demonstrations and local marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness; coordinate spare parts supply and resolve after-sales complaints to improve customer satisfaction.

7. Collaborate with domestic production, technical and finance teams, synchronize market demands, order production and spare parts stocking, and report local tariff, policy and market risks to headquarters.
