Agile Project Manager

What will you do?

• Lead and manage comprehensive offer creation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer satisfaction, quality standards, and time-to-market objectives.
• Coordinate and challenge cross-functional teams across Line of Business and Global Supply Chain, providing strategic direction and maintaining clear project status communication.
• Drive project success through effective resource allocation, schedule management, and cost control while adhering to quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project obstacles, implement corrective actions, and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple business units.
• Monitor and optimize project performance metrics, ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Proven track record in managing complex offer creation projects with demonstrated success in meeting business objectives.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, resource planning, and schedule optimization.
• Excellence in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills with ability to drive results in a matrix organization.
• Advanced English level.
• +7 years Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of PMI, PMP, Waterfall or Agile (must).
