About the position:

We’re looking for a passionate, curious, bold, and service-oriented professional who pays attention to detail and has a strong will to grow. He or she will be working alongside project leaders and global clients to simplify complexities and turn culture into action.

• To have 5 to 6 years of experience in consulting, branding, innovation, or strategic planning, as well as those who bring a strong ability to turn insights into compelling narratives and business recommendations.
• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, technology, Data Science, or a bachelor's degree in social sciences.
• Guiding and inspiring others while actively contributing to the creation of insightful content based on project briefings.
• You will lead research and analysis to extract business insights that shape client strategy, explore cultural dynamics to enrich our thinking, and craft inspiring presentations for both clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate consultancy project proposals and delivery.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
