Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to engage end-users, distributors, resellers, and engineering firms, while driving sales, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

Role responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective business strategies to increase sales within the assigned territory.
• Foster strong relationships with end-users, distributor channels, and engineering firms.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and training to clients on product applications and benefits.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and service excellence.
• Resolve conflicts and address customer concerns promptly and effectively

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• English upper intermediate
• Willingness and availability to travel to Morelos, Pachuca, Puebla, Tabasco, Yucatán, and Quintana Roo among others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
