Labor Relations Manager

Role Objective

Develop and implement labor relations strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, workforce stability, and labor risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-risk and highly sensitive labor investigations, determining appropriate disciplinary actions.
• Establish and monitor labor relations KPIs, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage collective bargaining processes, union disputes, and interactions with labor authorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including digitalization, automation, and labor risk analytics.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Labor Relations, including collective bargaining agreement negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Labor Relations certification and knowledge of labor law reforms.
• Business-level written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar industry.
• Knowledge of the Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM).
• Proficiency in Power BI for workforce and labor analytics.
• Experience with AI tools and Workday.
