We’re hiring: Strategy Generalist Consultant

At PwC, our people in strategy consulting focus on providing strategic guidance and insights to organisations. They analyse market trends, assess business performance, and develop recommendations to help clients achieve their goals. These individuals work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimise operations, and enhance overall business performance.

In operations strategy at PwC, you will specialise in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimise operational efficiency and drive business growth.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• Conversational English (comfortable participating in meetings and presenting ideas)
• Demonstrated success leading analysts/associates and managing multi-functional clients to outcomes
• Experience in strategy, transformation, or operational improvement projects (industry or client-facing)
• Consulting experience is a strong plus (Big Four, boutiques, or similar)

What you’ll do:

• Analyse market trends and business performance to generate actionable insights
• Build structured recommendations and business cases
• Partner with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimise operations
• Contribute to operations strategy initiatives that improve efficiency and scale impact
