This role is ideal for a recruiter who is fully fluent in both Spanish and English and comfortable conducting candidate interviews, managing high-volume pipelines, and supporting recruitment processes across both languages.

The Role

As a Bilingual RPO Recruiter at Nadi Talent Group, you will act as a dedicated recruitment partner for our clients in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

A key part of this role will be conducting screening interviews with Spanish-speaking candidates , while also communicating and coordinating with English-speaking candidates, clients, and internal teams.

You will help manage the recruitment process from application review and initial screening through qualification and client interview, ensuring strong candidate engagement and consistent hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Bilingual Candidate Interviews: Conduct structured screening calls and interviews in both Spanish and English.
• Spanish-Speaking Candidate Engagement: Communicate clearly and professionally with Spanish-speaking candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Application Review: Efficiently review high volumes of inbound applications and identify qualified candidates.
• Candidate Vetting: Assess candidate experience, qualifications, availability, communication skills, and overall fit against client requirements.
• Interview Management: Coordinate and schedule candidates for client interviews and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Pipeline Management: Proactively manage large candidate pipelines to ensure hiring targets are consistently met.
• Candidate Experience: Provide timely communication, clear expectations, and professional support throughout the hiring process.
• ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, statuses, notes, and activity within client ATS platforms.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Spanish and strong professional English communication skills.
• Must be comfortable conducting full candidate interviews in Spanish.
• Proven recruitment experience, ideally supporting the US or European markets .
• Experience working in high-volume recruitment and managing large candidate pools.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
• Must be available to work US Eastern Time (ET) hours to align with our US client base.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to confidently represent our clients during candidate interactions.
