WE ARE HIRING: Director of Strategic Partnerships – Mexico

At MStar.mx, we are building the fastest-growing automotive ecosystem platform in Mexico, already trusted by thousands of dealers and millions of car buyers and owners. Backed by world-class investors, we are in full scale-up mode, aggressively expanding into embedded finance, credit, insurance, and new-vehicle distribution.

To drive this next phase of hyper-growth, we are searching for an exceptional commercial strategist for a high-impact executive role reporting directly to our SVP, Head of Business Development.

What You Will Own:

• Tier-1 Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and close enterprise deals with Top Mexican Banks, Neobanks, OEMs/Captive Finance, and Insurtech leaders.

• End-to-End Execution: Full ownership of the partnership lifecycle—from initial C-Level outreach, technical scoping, and structuring, to launch, integration, and ongoing revenue growth.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Product, Tech, Data, Credit, and Legal teams to design winning, highly scalable financial embedded products.

Ideal Executive Profile:

• 8–12+ years of strategic partnership or business development leadership in tech, automotive, or financial services in Mexico.

• Proven track record closing complex, enterprise-grade partnerships with C-Suite decision-makers.

• Strong existing network across top-tier Mexican banks, OEMs/captives, and high-growth LatAm scale-ups.

• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) with exceptional negotiation skills and a high degree of execution autonomy.
