Sr Clin Data Team Lead

Senior Clinical Data Team Lead role at Thermo Fisher Scientific overseeing one or more clinical trial projects. Lead data management activities, manage cross-functional relationships with clients and internal teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data activities for high-volume, complex clinical studies
• Serve as liaison between project leadership, clients, and data management team
• Generate regular status reports on study metrics and project performance
• Delegate tasks and mentor junior staff on study protocols and procedures
• Monitor budgets, identify out-of-scope work, and support resource planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal qualification
• 5+ years of experience in clinical data management or related field
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency with interactive computer programs and data systems
• Ability to lead teams and direct study activities independently
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and clinical trial protocols
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
